1 C mayonnaise
1 C sour cream
1 C blue cheese (OK—if you love blue cheese, add more—I do)
¼ C + 2 T white vinegar
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground pepper
Blend in a bowl and refrigerate until ready to use—makes 2 ½ cups.
