“Responsibility”
There’s been a mistake. A screwup.
It’s often tempting to point the finger at something … or someone.
Who was the creator?
Could it have been you?
Yes? Maybe? No!
When someone steps up with an “I did it,” the who is identified and the issue can be dealt with.
It is called responsibility.
If it was you, acknowledge it. Then you can move forward and not waste time. You do it on your own power.
