If you are eBook resistant … get over it pronto. No, we don’t think that eBooks are going to become the dominate player in the book world. Print books will not disappear. But, eBooks are a player. An option—just like selecting from the menu in a restaurant. Some want filet; some pasta; some fish; and some greens only.
Give your readers an option. If your book has charts, tables or “to do” action items, create a separate PDF workbook that can be downloaded at your with a special link.
