Up and out bright and early … we had a pickup at 7.45 a.m. Fourteen of us were off of the culinary delights of St. Kitts.
We loved the old plantation that we arrived out, now botanical gardens, museum and onsite cooking facility. Both out guide and cook were personable and fun to be with the three hours we were with them.
Our site was the Fairview Great House & Botanical Gardens. After a tour of the house and gardens—all got a hoot out of the giant concrete bathtub that was used once a week—we headed to our source of delectable bites … in reality, it was a complete “brunch” … I loved it so much, that I’m going to duplicate it for my foodie friends when I return. YUMMERS!
