Your words matter. Your verbal voice matters. Create the magic duo with a personal audiobook.
You’ve had a good day. Meetings went well. The chapter you are working on came together. The interview you did on a podcast was fun and the host supported you expertise and work.
Or you had a great week or month …
How about doing a personal “time out” … 30 or 60 minutes to call a halt and walk away from your office. Maybe move to your front or back yard. Maybe decide to stroll around your neighborhood or a park close by. How about a mini hike that pulls you out of your home or office?
Grab your mobile. Make sure that it has a voice app.
It’s reflection time. You are filled with contentment.
Share it. Start talking. What was working? How did you get there? What obstacles did you meet, overcome, and how did you do it? What’s next for you?
Your words. They matter. Now, get it transcribed so you can read it out loud, fine tune it if necessary. You have your “truthiness” in audio form and can create a short printed and eBook along with your audiobook.
Just may be one of the best things you’ve done. Happy dance!
