“Does My Opinion Matter … Really Matter? Does Yours?”
If you are like me, you get surveys for a variety of things. From a healthcare visit. Watching a streamed movie or series. Buying a new product. State and federal candidate or community issues. You name, feedback is requested—sometimes via mail, other times clicking a link.
Usually, response possibilities are an either/or choice. It could even include an open-ended question where more than a check mark is requested. I always believe there is something missing, as in “none of the above.”
For me, when it’s an important issue, I need more choices. If I’m being surveyed, doesn’t my true opinion matter?
If I don’t like my answer options, the survey is deleted shredded. It’s a time waster.
