Kick butt sheep test 2

Two tools for you to consider …

Find profitable keywords – Meet Long Tail Pro

How would you like to nail down the ideal phrase and words to use in all your posts and blogs? TO be able to know what your competitors are using that might give them the leading edge? How would you like to know what key words and phrases your ideal buyer is using in Google searches? Long Tail Pro just may create the happy dance you’ve been looking for.

How would you like to: Search multiple Seed Keywords at once; Generate up to 800 results per Seed Keyword; Pre-Filter Keywords; Google or Bing title competition; get Competitor analysis on top 10 Google results; Check rankings of sites in Google, Yahoo, and Bing; Import lists of Keywords (up to 10,000 at once); and calculate your Keyword competitiveness?

It’s an intuitive platform that generates plenty of ideas for keyword searches. It’s not cheap with $37 per month up to $333 a year at this writing … but there is a free 10-dat trial plan. Suggestion—if you are doing a quick “peek”, a marketing redo or a book launch—do the free trial and nail down all you can and then cancel. If you are using, make sure you copy and paste in your metadata to expand your search from its site. Add this to your SEO toolbox of tricks.

Combo WordPress Tool … Meet Edit Flow

If you are feeling overwhelmed and in a tsunami of content coming at you … here’s a nifty tool via WordPress. With your WordPress website, you can tap into Edit Flow. It’s a free plugin that helps you tap dance just a bit more efficiently: create a custom calendar, manage editorial comments, define key stages to your workflow, draft a story budget, and more. Fast and simple to install with lots of options to customize … all using “words” versus coding (so ugh for us non-code people).

A word of caution: This plugin hasn’t been updated in over 2 years. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress. Before adding it, make sure your website will “love it … not leave it.”
