Are you tripping up your Book Designer?
Remember — your book is for your readers … not for you. Your cover should be the lure to hook a potential buyer and bring them in …, not you. Yes, you should be happy with it … but sometimes the “WOW” will come from others eyes, your readers, fans, and buyers … not always your own.
Let your designer do his or her job. When you have samples — share with buyers … not friends and families. They love you and will usually mirror what you say you like. Your input should come from true buyers of the product.
